2022: Founding

Established on 02 April 2022, the Executive Head Office team launched with a weekend of events hosted by cyberlux, Pharch, Kay:3, stealthrin72, and Xaiiczen, distributing approximately 80 gold bars in prizes to the Habbo community. Launching a system of events and creative projects.

Adopted far faster than expected, the project reached an established status within its first seven months, with approximately 800 game registrations and 70 Discord members.

2023: The Golden Era

This early momentum led to what became known as the Golden Era of 2023. The first Town Project began, expanding the galleries and testing new game concepts such as, HOH Warzone Edition, and the Snowboarding Fridge Game.

During this period, the name Habbowood Studios was introduced as the title for the Town Project and was quickly adopted by the community as the new identity of the group.

Key contributors included --..Amor..--, Hossbrook, cicinab, 36D, smartyfreak, iww, and cyberlux.

2023–2024: The Darkness

The Golden Era ended with the sudden passing of --..Amor..--.

Habbowood Studios entered a period of shock and inactivity that lasted several months. Events were paused while assets were recovered and ongoing projects were put on hold. The Discord server was closed during this time as the community focused on stabilising and preserving what had been built.

2025: The Plan

In 2025, Habbowood Studios reorganised around its people and projects.

The community continued in memory and tradition.

This was also the year the studio’s media direction was planned. Early concepts were drafted for YouTube broadcasting, talk‑show style content, builder tours, and new ways to celebrate Habbo’s creative culture.

2025 became the strategic foundation for the next chapter of HWS: the transition from an events group into a studio with a long‑term media identity.

2026: HWS Returns

With experience, legacy, and purpose, Habbowood Studios returns with a new events season, ambitious new projects, and the final version of the Town (V3).

Guided by the traditions that made Habbo one of the places we call home, Habbowood Studios continues its mission to promote creativity, community, and expression across the hotel.

When you and monbandola found us,
I was hardly prepared for how deeply you believed in our half‑formed ideas.
I watched you meet our people, bring your own, and share moments with the entire hotel.

When you became unwell, I kept my promise and said nothing.

You continued to host events and released what would become your final projects,
sharing them with everyone as you always had.

As the weeks became months, people asked and I remained silent.
When you passed on 1 November 2023, it changed the shape of our community.

It was clear the influence you had across Habbo was also shaken,
I saw whole networks of people who missed you.

The light you brought to us didn’t disappear but became the values we continue to carry forward.
The moments we create together on Habbo are the dream you helped define.
