A1. Identity and Affiliation
Habbowood Studios is an independent fansite operating within the Habbo Hotel environment. It is not affiliated with Sulake or the official Habbo Hotel brand. All Studio activities are volunteer-led, non-commercial, and dedicated to cultural development.

A2. Community Conduct
HWS community spaces reject harassment, bullying, discrimination, hate speech and violent behaviour. Light swearing is permitted in casual events or interactions. Aggressive, vulgar or targeted language is prohibited. Hosts and volunteers may mute, block or remove guests from events or spaces for any behaviour deemed disruptive or disrespectful.

A3. Guest Access and Participation
The public guests are classed visitors, not customers. Access to events, games and services is conditional and may be revoked. Disruptive conduct, rudeness or refusal to follow event guidance will result in exclusion. Participation in Studio features or prize-based activities is a privilege, not a right.

A4. Brand Protection and Representation
HWS branding, naming and operations are considered protected under community structures.
No individual or entity may represent, promote, speak for, or affiliate with Habbowood Studios without explicit permission.
Promotion of outside brands, services or personal initiatives while representing HWS is strictly prohibited. All HWS community assets: including builds, concepts and project structures—are treated as protected creator owned property.

A5. Project Holders and Volunteer Conduct
All privileges granted to creators, builders, hosts or collaborators are conditional. Studio credit, project visibility and platform access may be revoked at any time. Individual projects may have additional policies. Participants are responsible for reviewing relevant guidelines before involvement. Collaboration with project holders may be ended without warning. Habbowood Studios does not claim ownership of community work but retains the right to reject or revoke representation.

A6. Partner Communities Partner groups or communities linked to HWS are subject to the same standards as project holders. Failure to comply may result in disconnection from HWS services and removal from promotion or partnership listings.

A7. Compliance with Habbo Policy Habbowood Studios enforces the Habbo Way and Habbo’s User-Created Games Policy across all operations. Gambling-style mechanics, including RNG-based games such as Lucky Step and Bank Game, are prohibited. Commercial entities, explicit and malicious content are refused.

A8. Media and Attribution External representation of HWS must be approved. This includes appearances on YouTube, fansites, social platforms or affiliated channels. Creators retain authorship of their own work, but ideally seek approval before marking the involvement of HWS. Habbowood Studios administration may revoke visibility or coverage for any contributor, project or submitted content at its discretion.
