• Community collabs, themed builds, seasonal events, small creators looking for support.

• Builders, hosts and artists who want visibility or connection.

• Anything that adds to Habbo’s creative culture and follows the rules.

• AFK or auto‑events that provide little or no interactions.

• Systems built around ranks, hierarchy or “power networks.”

• Projects where ownership or intent is unclear.

• Ideas that rely entirely on HWS to function instead of standing on their own.

• Anything that breaks the Habbo Way or the User‑Created Games Policy.

• Projects that use paid perks or paid access in any form beyond recognising donations.

• Gambling, RNG games, for-profit systems.

• Games that sell perks, lives, insurance, fastpass or any paid advantage.

• Known formats like BANK GAME, LUCKY STEP and similar for-profit models.

• RMT, coin selling, off‑platform deals or any real‑money exchange.

• Projects that exploit players, mislead them or create unfair systems.
